Kamesha Clark is a Green Party candidate currently running for an open seat in the U.S. House of Representatives to represent Maryland’s 4th Congressional District. Born and raised in the Washington Metropolitan Area, she is a social entrepreneur who researches and designs initiatives to strengthen the spiritual, intellectual, and economic vibrancy of under-resourced communities. The mission of her campaign is to pioneer a new generation of American leadership who will address systemic issues that have long been ignored by our current legislators in Congress. As a pioneer, she will introduce forward thinking legislative measures that will put the United States of America on a path suitable for success. A path that encourages purposeful entrepreneurship, expands small businesses, improves public schools, and supports citizens as we transition to a healthy, zero-waste society. Kamesha lives in Upper Marlboro, Maryland with her husband Matthew and two-year-old daughter Zoey-Jae.
